Quality control and traceability

Every lot is checked for size, colour, firmness and Brix before packing. Traceability identifies plot, harvest date and lot on each pallet, giving the importer security and a fast response.

Cold chain

Controlled-atmosphere storage all year round, opening each sales block on demand to achieve the greatest possible firmness and shelf life at the final point of sale. Automated control of temperature, humidity and gases.
